in its 16th year, RACE is the premier college recruiting event in Rochester.
Each year 450-500 college students representing 17 area colleges, most
business and liberal arts grads, but many with degrees in human services
and technical areas, meet with employers to discuss entry level employment,
internship and cooperative education opportunities
RACE will take place on Wednesday, April 11, 2007 1 PM – 5 PM. at
the Doubletree Hotel, 1111 Jefferson Road, in Henrietta, NY Convenient
parking available adjacent to facility. Set-up available beginning at
11 AM. Lunch served from 12 Noon –1 PM.
Space is Limited – Registering promptly will help insure that space is reserved for your organization. Your registration fee provides an 8’ x 8’ display area with a 6’ draped table and 2 chairs, buffet luncheon for 2 recruiters, and inclusion with pre-event publicity. Additional advertising is available through the employer directory given to each student. Employers interested in purchasing this additional advertising may do so by ordering this service when registering and arranging for camera ready copy to be sent to emte@ mail.rochester.edu no later than 2 weeks prior to RACE.
Electric hook-ups are available on a limited basis for an additional charge. Such service must be pre-ordered when you register and will be assigned on a first-ordered-first served basis. Signage for your table is not provided and should be prearranged by you prior to the event.
