You may unload materials outside of the main entrance to the Campus Center. Parking has been reserved in the east parking lot directly opposite the Campus Center and in the Gillette Hall parking lot (approximately 100 yards north of the Campus Center). Parking permits are not necessary. Please bring a t-shirt, sweatshirt, or other souvenir from your college to the event. We will use them as door prizes to award to students who attend the fair. It will not only encourage students to attend the fair, but will provide you with additional publicity when they wear them around campus.

If you need to unload, do so at the entrance of the MacVittie College Union Ballroom located on
the lower west side of the building. Park in ā€œIā€ lot; no permit is required. Do not park in
metered spots. A shuttle van will circulate between I lot and the College Union from 3-5 pm and
immediately following the event at 7 pm.

When you arrive on campus for the Graduate School Fair, please follow the signs to the
Information Booth in the Center of Campus, where you can obtain a parking pass. You will be
parking in Lot D which is directly in front of the Gordon Field House.
Any materials you have may be dropped off on the Lower Level of the Field House

You may unload at the side entrance of Kearney (off the main entrance loop). Watch for signs
and student volunteers who will be available to help carry your materials into the building.
There will be limited parking in the A/B Lot. Please feel free to look in lots W and N. The college is small so nothing is that far away. A lunch buffet will be provided before the event begins.
